Update: As you can see by the owner’s response to my rating and comment, as well as her response to many low scores/ responses before mine, where she takes absolutely zero accountability and chooses for my post to mock me. "Sarah did a great job on my gel manicure. She picked out color options for me and was super polite and detail-oriented. The salon in clean and fresh. I was able to sit down quickly for a walk-in. I will definitely go back."

"I am very disappointed with the service I received today during my nail appointment. I arrived around 11AM for a dip manicure and didn’t end up leaving the salon until 1:30PM. Because I was so flustered about how long a single service took, I didn’t check the quality of my nails until I got in my car (photos attached). Once in my car, I noticed that not only was my paint/chrome chipped but you can see my nail line under the nail polish. I am not a confrontational person and didn’t want to bring the issue up to the nail tech as they were very nice and spent a long time on the service, so I called the salon number to complain about the nails I just spent $80.00 on. The manager was very rude and basically told me that I was wasting her time over the phone and that I should have complained in the store to the nail tech personally. I really wanted to love this place as it it close to my house, however, after the services and the customer service I received, I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I have gotten many manicures/pedicures done at both locations. More recently started to go to North Point to see Julie. She always confirms I like the shape/color/length once she starts. I saw another technician (sorry cannot remember her name!!) on NYE and she stayed after closing to finish my nails. They don’t make you feel rushed even when they are busy. Really appreciate this place & their work! It’s disappointing to see a couple bad reviews- the only people I can imagine who did not have a good experience here are entitled and unreasonable… I think we all know the NOVA type…"
