"I originally booked my appointment online for all over color but then decided I want to do some highlights as well. I emailed the salon on a Tuesday for my Friday appointment explaining what I wanted done and included a picture of my hair to see if they would have enough time to accommodate me. By Thursday evening when I didn't hear anything back I called the salon and offered to reschedule but the receptionist said to go ahead and come in and they'll see what they can do. I go to my appointment the following morning and sure enough there's not enough time. But that is a mistake on both ends. I debated on mentioning to the stylist that I had been a hairdresser for 18 years but ultimately decided to go ahead and tell her. I shouldn't have done that, I felt like she then took advantage of that fact and didn't give me the same level of service as a client who doesn't have a hairdressing background. During the consultation on Friday I specified that I didn't want bleach to be used as I had completely virgin hair and didn't want to jeopardize the integrity of my hair any further. She forgot and used bleach at my appointment the following week. Luckily it wasn't that many foils. I could have almost dealt with all that if it weren't for how much I paid for my service. $280 for a few foils and all over color with no blow dry is outrageous. As a former hair dresser one thing I can confidently say is that if the roles were reversed, I would checked the hair at the shampoo bowl to see how the highlights lifted and if I need to do a toner. Instead she just waited for the shampoo assistant to be done and sit me in her chair. I won't be going back. I will say though that the stylist and other employees were very nice and professional and the salon itself is pretty."

"Worst experience ever! I’ve had my hair blow dried and styled many times over the years and this by far was the worst experience. They blow dried it without styling and it looked all fuzzy and ugly, and I told them I wanted waves and styling for a special occasion but they were in a rush to get in another customer! They then told me another stylist was going to continue the work but when I went to the reception they told me no one else was available and that they did the best they could!! They wasted my time and reacted very poorly to that!!"
