"Went here for the first time hoping for good results after all the great reviews. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for me. I worked with Samra and asked for layers/face framing. While the layering looks good, unfortunately too thick of a blunt cut was done for the face framing (really it looks like overgrown bangs). It wasn’t really fixable as my only real option was to commit to the bang look and go shorter so everything could be evened out. What made it worse was It was so obviously a mistake and she didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. Rather she said it was because my right side has more hair? Anyone looking at this picture can see that is ridiculous. I’ll now be rocking this hair to my best friends wedding. Have to laugh so I don’t cry. Skip this place - too risky."
