"I recently had the displeasure of visiting a barber named Eugene, and I must say that it was one of the worst grooming experiences of my life. From the moment I walked into his shop, I was greeted with an unfriendly attitude. First and foremost, Eugene's lack of professionalism was immediately apparent. When it was finally my turn, he barely acknowledged me and seemed to rush through the entire process. It was clear that he had no intention of providing quality service. Furthermore, Eugene's lack of skill was evident in the end result. The haircut he gave me was uneven and sloppy, with obvious mistakes in the line-up and the overall style. It was as if he had little regard for the aesthetic appeal of his work, leaving me dissatisfied and embarrassed. To make matters worse, Eugene was also incredibly unhygienic. His tools and work station were dirty and disorganized, and I couldn't help but worry about the potential for infection. It was clear that he had little concern for the health and safety of his clients. Overall, my experience with Eugene was nothing short of a disaster. His lack of professionalism, skill, and hygiene made for a truly unpleasant grooming experience. I would strongly advise against anyone seeking his services, as I cannot in good faith recommend someone who clearly has no respect for their craft or their clientele.This was the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever gotten."

"This place is great. I checked in online and only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Alanis was super communicative and knowledgeable! She gave me the exact look I was hoping for. I got a super cute and sassy pixie that looks amazing! She took the time to make sure I was happy with my hair. She also was very honest about a hair product I was interested in that may not have been right for me. She wasn't trying to just push sales and understood when I said that I wanted to research the product before buying it."

"This used to be my 'Go To' place for haircuts, but not anymore ! The service quality standards have dropped, and more importantly the 'mandatory tip' amount has increased. I should have freedom to Tip the hairstylist according to the quality of services provided, you should not dictate me."
