"Pros: Nancy was an amazing server. Place is laid out nicely, well lit, and clean. Booth are spacious. Turkey Club Sandwich was decent. Salad good. Cons: Onion Rings complete rubbish. Overcooked, greasy...disgusting."
"This review would have been a 1 or 2 star if it wasn't for the bartender Ashley. I almost left after watching the wait staff sit at a side table ignoring me and the rest of the restaurant. You've all seen it...a bunch of staff members sitting at a side table, one looking at their phone while a table tried to get her attention. To which she shot a head nod, slowly put her phone away, then reluctantly moseyed on over. Ashley had been out back taking a break. When she came out, I was just getting up to leave. I'm so glad I stayed. She was incredibly pleasant and always stayed busy cleaning and tending to customers. I'm reluctant to call her out over her coworkers, but you reap what you sow. If you don't like your job, please find one that you love. We all deserve to be happy. :) Keep up the great work Ashley!!"
"Harbor Grille at Baltimore Airport serves up a disappointing experience, a symphony of mediocrity plated for the weary traveler. Despite accepting Priority Pass, the quality and portions seem intentionally lackluster, leaving patrons questioning the value. The exorbitant prices further exacerbate the sense of being swindled. Even when complimentary with Priority Pass, the disappointment lingers. The Shrimp Mac and Cheese, sans shrimp, epitomizes the kitchen's lack of attention. Unable to accommodate a simple request for shrimp on the side due to sauce constraints, the dish falls flat with a mundane nacho cheese sauce. The flatbread, a soggy affair on the bottom, and the lackluster pretzels only amplify the overall letdown. A visit to Harbor Grille feels more like an involuntary fee than a culinary experience, with even mall pretzels outshining the offerings."
"Waiting over 18 minutes to be seated. One person in front of me. Count 11 empty tables, 6 bar spots. Seven employees walking around with zero work being completed - chatting and wandering around. 2 more behind the bar. Saw walk ups to the bar sit down and not get served for 10 minutes. Food was subpar, service was slow after seating. Would avoid unless you have a several hour layover or just want to watch a failing operation. Just walk to b/c connector and eat there. While eating, overheard that they were stopping orders because they lacked a dishwasher. The picture attached is the sign they posted as I had finished my meal."
"This looked like the tastiest breakfast option during our layover. Our waitress was a peach. Didn't take long to get seated at 8.45am. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and tasty. I really liked the potatoes. They have the good kind of ranch too. Lol Took our time eating and managed to waste an hour and 15 minutes without feeling like we were needlessly occupying a table."
