"Literally the worst subway I've ever been to, they have old ingredients and they close at 9:35PM when they should close at 10:00PM do not go here!"

"This is the worst subway I have been to. Staff is clueless, didn't use gloves to make my online order and totally messed up the order. Not to mention the salad was stale and uncovered while the staff was cleaning the area with dirty cloth. When questioned, they do not speak or understand English. I requested them to cancel my order but she did not understand. When asked for manager, got a rude response and was asked to return the next morning."

"Store consistently screws up online orders in mind baffling ways. Staff is useless. When you go in they are often missing ingredients. Overall the worst subway in NOVA."

"If I can give a zero star I would . The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I have ordered online and my order show in my app that it was ready for pickup. I have shown to the lady at the store but she keep insisting that she does not have my order . I show her on the app that I have paid and it is ready for pick up 5 times. She still insisted that she does have my order until I called the store Manager and the order was on a rack in the back ready to pick up 10 min ago."

"Worst customer service. I specifically told the lady 4 times I wanted a KIDS SANDWICH. She sliced a 6inch. Upon paying I told the "manager" I asked for a kids however the lady making it did not understand. She charged me for a 6inch. Another employee offered to make it again (an employee who spoke English). The "manager" responded to her in Spanish, "no don't waste food" not knowing I understood. Had it not been for my wife being there I would've left all the sandwiches there and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE. And by the amount of 1 star reviews with no feedback, that says a lot about how much management cares. Shut that place down and make a Jersey Mike's please."
