"The entire hotel smelled of something I can't pinpoint - either a harsh cleaning solution or Marijuana. And while this is a 'no smoking ' hotel, it doesn't seem to be enforced. If you just need a place to crash for one night after gambling at Parx, this can be ok. Also, my GPS kept trying to take me to a different location, Desk Attendant recommended using a different address for better wayfinding."

"THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER !!!!! Bed bugs ..roaches.. dirt .scum . Dangerous open outlets everywhere.. not one clean mirror.. light bulbs missing... The rudest staff ever. ( I almost lost control and was about to tackle the non English speaking Indian looking guy at desk. Wouldn't give us bar of soap. Yelled at me for leaving a paper cup under the waffle mix machine that drips. It snowed and parking lot had 3 inches of pure ice. No salt. I walked in room and there was 2 drug baggies on floor. In plain sight. All I can say is thank God I spent the night at casino and didn't sleep in their bed. Absolutely disgusting. Where is the hotel people they send out to check and make sure these places are livable and at least the lowest standard. Which this place didn't even pass for the lowest standard in my book. And obviously the other trillion bad reviews. Shut this roach hotel down. I want my money back! Actually gonna sue for it. And I never complained about any other place in my life. As I'm not that picky. !"

"For the price I can't really sit here and tell you it's bad value. What I will tell you is these rooms are pretty disgusting. It seems like they are basically just changing the sheets on the bed which is a good start at least. But last two times I've been there both times on the second floor the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and visibly dirty. Like no effort was put in. The rest of the room is dirty as well but as I said at least it looks like there are clean sheets. But yeah like residue on the toilets and everything. But if you just need a bed for the night might not be a bad place. Also I found a bed bug the one time, so yeah check the bed first. I like the girl at the front desk though she is kind of nice and cute."

"Overall, this hotel leaves much to be desired. I saw a hole punctured in the hallway wall on the way to my room. The toilet in my room was leaking all night. The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. The shower faucet kept turning around in circles so I didn't know exactly which was hot and which was cold. No carpet on the floor so it was all hard and cold. There were no eggs at breakfast. All cold stuff. All this for $93. I don't think I'll be going back next year. The only thing really good about this hotel is the location near my conference."

"1st We are diamond members with over 60 stays at choice hotels since Jan2023 till now Nov2023, we really benefit from the points program and really don't like leaving a negative review. My wife and I booked a 2 bed suite. The first room we were given was dirty with debris on the floor a sticky bathroom floor and hair in the bed and a makeup smear on the pillow. They switched us to another room, debris on the floors a sticky bathroom floor, used toilet paper in the toilet and a candy bar wrapper on the living room floor. Then they gave us a 3rd room and similar conditions also including a dead roach on the floor and that's when we went to the front desk and canceled our reservation and got our points back and went down the road to another hotel. Before I became a police officer 24 years ago. I use to work for the phone company. I use to work in Newark NJ a lot. In some houses and especially in the projects as soon as I would walk in there would sometimes be a smell. When a place is infested with cockroaches, there is a certain smell and a thickness in the air and this place had it. This is a smell u don't forget and after 24 years of not smelling it. As soon as it hit my nose, in the hallway I recognized it and thought to myself, no...... this place can't have roaches. I would not have believed it, if I didn't see it, but unfortunately they do have them. I showed the manager and took a quick pic of it. Now we get it. Choice hotels are not perfect 5 star hotels, but usually have a pretty decent standard, but this place should be closed down or completely renovated. This place is an embarrassment to choice hotels. Choice you need to send out spotters and make sure your hotel's are meeting some kind of standard. We have stayed at some choice hotels that were pretty dated, but well maintained and were great and we have been repeat customers. So we are not rating this place on that, even though it is dated. This place is absolutely filthy, it's a shame. The location is good and has potential with the right owners, but these owners are failing."
