"Unpleasant cashier………., waited in the drive thru line for a long time and received half cooked salty fries"

"As I pull up to pay I see a car waiting at the window...then give up and drive off so I pull up and get my order. I ordered a meal with a coke no ice (said that like 3 times total). They gave me my order and I asked for ketchup. They closed the window. I waited. Thankfully while waiting for someone to return with the ketchup I realized they got my drink wrong and figured I'd correct it when they returned with the ketchup. So...I waited...and waited...and waited and even honked as they ignored me and the line piled up as I waited for the ketchup. Eventually they opened it and I asked her to correct my drink AND to bring the ketchup I already asked for since she didn't have it. She disappeared again. I waited...and waited. and waited. Eventually the window opens and they proceed to try to give me the car behind's order and I ask for ketchup yet again and my drink. The girl in question is in the vids below. This place's service is abysmal. If you want condiments, you'll have to go inside for it, or be relegated to a 8+ minute wait. Honestly, next time it happens I'll probably just take the next person's order to make up for my lost time."

"After a long wait in the drive through line I received my order and drove off because I didn’t want any beeping while I checked my food so I decided to check while driving and was missing a sandwich and my fries were cold so I decided to go back and wait in the long line again to let them know that I was missing a sandwich and that my fries were cold only to have a manager meet me at the window with know apology just a angry face saying let me see your cold fries so I handed her the fries and she started laughing and told another employee to hand me my sandwich and two new order of fries that was already bagged and the new fries wasn’t fresh it taste like they microwave them to add some heat my whole order was terrible never again I worked at fast food before and I would never feed my customers anything that I wouldn’t eat myself and this was at 2am on 01/21/2024. I hope cooperate see these reviews and do something about it because this is not a good look at all"

"The worst place ever !!!! 30mins to get food all the time . The people who work here are so unprofessional. So getto . How does it take 30mins or more to get fast food ???? They need to fire whoever is running this place . This is everyday"

"The store was fairly presentable, mainly clean minus behind the counter and in general the tables were clean. The customer service team was okay could tweak it, could be more warm. The food was pretty good and had no complaints on that. I gave three stars because of coffee grounds on the ground and a cookie on the floor behind the counter, really messy by food handling location and very dirty windows."
