"I ordered my food, cooked to order, as usual at these fast food stores. When I picked my food up from the window, I pulled to the side to check it out. It had not been properly prepared. So, I had to take it back."

"This was by far the worst McDonald’s that I ever went to. The attitudes are horrible and need a quick adjustment, if you do not like where you work change it. You don’t get to take your attitude, or issues out on customers period! The girl at the drive-through was very rude did not greet me, or tell me the total. She just took my money and then handed me the change with frown on her face, she also got smart with me at the drive-through speaker when I asked a question regarding my order. I then encountered the woman at the last window who actually handed my food off to me, she was rude as well with absolutely zero customer service skills. This location will close quickly unless some major adjustments are made with the attitude and the delivery of the products that are being served. Customers who keep your business going, you cannot treat them like you are mad that they are there! Now let me get to my food that was given to me. First of all, I asked for a hamburger no pickle. I was given a cheeseburger wrapped in hamburger paper, I ordered my fries cooked to order because I despise cold McDonald’s fries. I was given old fries that had been under the heat lamp for I don’t know how long, and My sweet tea was basically water! I’m not sure who owns this location, but your employees are running your business in the ground ! It was a total waste of money, I have food that I cannot eat and money out of my bank account that I cannot afford to just give away. Word of mouth will kill a business, and with the looks of these reviews it doesn’t look good."

"Update 06-10-2022 extremely rude and incompetent employees 30$ worth of food every sandwich wrong food was pratically thrown at me when asked why i was still standing there said i had 2 drinks and milkshake woman threw her hands in the air said whatever walked away another woman comes over slides the drinks across the counter at me and laughed..not very professional. Maybe the workers should stay off the phones and maybe they could do their job. I will be disputing the charge and getting a full refund place has went down hill since the remodel sad.... *Previous review my go to McDonald's when I stay at my significant others place..they always super nice,clean and the food is always fresh and on point!!never have had any bad food or complaints in the 3 years going here..please keep up the great work!"
