"Worst experience ever because of a racist employee. Employee named 'Nebo' refused me to serve food. I went today with my daughters and asked for 2 veggie patty footlongs. Before even greeting me, he asked are you going to use coupon to which I siad Yes. He said you cannot use coupon on veggie patty. I asked where does it say on coupon or mentioned anywhere to which he said we have been told so. I asked him i would like to talk to manager to clarify and he said you can google the number and i cannot give you one. What an unpleasant experience, i have never been told this whenever i went to this location or any other and i have always used the coupon. Looks like he was a racist and looking at me he made that up. I am really pissed on this rude behavior and want the authorities to take an action on this or else this was my LAST TIME at this Subway!"

"Stopped in for a sandwich to go. The guy that was working was very efficient and my sandwich was perfect! I was happy to see they switched out the old plastic bags for paper ones! That's pretty awesome and a long time coming! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. One thing was really weird though & I attached a picture of the front door. On the right door the arrows point to the door on the left & on the left window the arrows point to the in the middle of all the arrows. This makes one think that the door on the left is the one to reach for. It's not! The door on the left with all the arrows pointing to it is locked! The door on the right is the open one. Who did these decals? I need them to make this make sense to me because... Why? I mean it's not a reason to not go there but still I'm looking at 4 giant arrows pointing to open this door and that door is locked and it's actually the other door that's unlocked. Ridiculous."

"Asked just one sandwich, made pay for two. Usually share a footlong with my kids. Never had a problem asking to put slightly different things on each half of a sandwich. Here a guy went even further: "since you are sharing, I can make the two halves completely separate." Little did I know that here a smart-a "businessman" cares more about profit than customer experience. "There are two sandwiches here, I have to charge you for two." Beware of such "niceties!""
