"If i could give him more stars i would. He was referred to me by the mortgage company that i got preapproved through so that always makes me a little iffy but he was friendly, professional, and on point through the entire process. Took me to alot of properties ( no matter where i wanted to go look) to help me tune my home search. Gave honest feedback and researched details to my questions to make sure i found the right home and didnt get supprised by potential issues i might not have noticed. He was always well prepared For the home tours, stayed in constant contact with the mortgage company to give me updates and tips to make that process run more smoothly, and i never had to hunt him down for anything. My wife and I were totally inexperienced in real estate but Jim made the process as easy and painless as possible. Some positive qualities: 1) Very Available - Jim was available to help me any time I had a question about something no matter what time during the day. No matter how trivial the question he was diligent to answer. Often I would call just for reassurance about something and he was always respectful and helpful. Any time I left a message for him he would call back within a timely manner. 2) Relatable - Jim came across as a regular family man without loosing any sense of professionalism.
