"I walked in with my mom and the employees were extremely rude. Both who were at the front desk asked for information impatiently and rolled their eyes. When we asked for their Christmas hours, one of the ladies rudely told us to get to the back of the line, it wasn’t our turn. I understand that we must wait, but the attitude they were giving us was very unnecessary."

"Generally slow but ok as a pharmacy. Be prepared to wait, even if you receive a message that your order is ready. It's almost never a quick in and out visit."

"Literally I would give no stars if it was an option. Pharmacist lied to me and said he contacted my doctor. I spoke with my doctor and no such contact was made. Also acted like I was a complete criminal asking to pick up my prescription. I will never give a dollar to this establishment again."

"Typically, Giant Eagle pharmacy is helpful, with very friendly employees. This evening, pharmacy technician Joyce was extremely rude, giving me an attitude the moment I walked up to the register. Since my last name recently changed, I have had some issues between insurance and the doctor's office when it comes to filling a script .She acted as if I was the reason, and audibly kept on sighing in frustration while continuing with the attitude. When she figured out the actual problem, instead of asking if I'd like to wait, she pointed to a chair in the waiting area and said, "Have a seat." I told her I would come back tomorrow .She kept barking orders at me to talk to my doctor about getting the insurance problem fixed. Its people like her that made me switch from my last pharmacy (Rite Aid down the road)."
