"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an oil change and inspection done. The oil change was fine but they did fail the vehicle because the high beam wasn’t working. I got to the place and checked the lights and replugged the light back in with dielectric grease and it worked fine. I asked if they could give me the sticker and the person that handles the inspections was very rude and not helpful and told me to bring it back the next day. I called in and asked what time I could bring it in and he told me I had to drop off the vehicle for the day even though the emissions was passed and if had no other issues. My girlfriend also took her car there and they told her that the wipers were old even tho we replaced them a month before. And told her the engine filter was old and sold her an overpriced filter."

"When I called to see how busy they were, I got very kind and respectful responses. When I showed up, I was taken to the waiting area and offered a water bottle. My service didn't take long, but I really appreciated being shown the filters and had explained to me when they would need to be changed. I liked that they didn't just try to sell me something I didn't need yet. They were fast and friendly."

"I was told they did not do appointments that it was “first come, first serve.” I moved my schedule around to get in first thing in the morning and was the first person to arrive. I go into the office only to be told that it would be at least four hours. When I told him that my understanding was that it was first come, first served, he simply shrugged. While the individuals there seem nice enough, they need additional training in customer service so that they are not losing money trying to flow into the establishment. This could have been avoided by understanding simple communication skills."
