"If your looking for the dentist that will be both super professional and at the same time the sweetest and charismatic Dr, then look no more! Dr Nancy and her team are undisputed!!! You will never feel worried about an appointment ever again. It’s an easy choice."
"There are four reasons that I don't recommend this place: 1. All the employees there sigh and seem depressed all the time as I observed some quite disrespectful words and tones coming out of the doctor toward her employees. 2. The doctor herself seemed to be insensitive about her jokes and teased me by saying, "it's okay if you don't speak proper English as you are not born here, but I know what you mean..." when I explained what I studied at grad school as an international student here. 3. Where this practice is located is inconvenient. 4. They charge extra during practice and charge $15 "admin process fee" when you want them to send your records to your new dentist, while almost all other dentists do not charge this kinda fee at all. Unexpectedly expected, right? In short, if the google rating is very low, it is low for a reason."
"Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist and I wasn't even seen by her. I need a root canal and found the dentist I go to normally isn't covered under my new insurance. I looked up dentist on my insurance website and the address listed there is right by me so I thought perfect. I called made the appointment for this past Friday. They called and confirmed (somehow they were not able to call my phone number even though they could text it so they called my mom to confirm the appointment weird but whatever) I go to the location listed, door is locked and there is a sign outside with hours but for Friday it says closed. Strike 1 for me I go home and call because it wouldn't let me dial the office from my cell phone either. I get ahold of someone and he very rudely says "well were did you go" I told him the office and he says "we aren't there anymore" ok...her name is still on the door and it's listed on the insurance website. I make a new appointment for today. I get down there and the door is locked again (feeling deja vu at this point) some lady comes to the door and (while yelling through the door) says that all appointments are cancelled today. I told her I couldn't hear and asked if she could open the door she does and then tells me they have no water and that someone called yesterday to let me know and cancel my appointment. At this point another woman I'm assuming Dr. Arahon came out and I told her the whole story and she said oh Rob called everyone yesterday to cancel. I told them nobody called me nobody called my moms number. She proceeded to pull up a text from someone saying that they did implying that I'm the liar and that's when I got fed up said I'm finding a new dentist and left. 0/10 Do NOT recommend Dr. Arahon and will never use her ever again."
"Just recently I've been getting emails from this dentist to say that I owe money. I had insurance, paid my copays and never returned. The experience I had in her office was something like a nightmare. I went to Dr. Aharon because I had just moved to the area. I found her online through my insurance company’s website. She was close. I had no idea that there could be such incompetence when it came to insurance accredited practitioners. Boy, was I wrong. I will never forget this as long as I live. First of all, the day I came in, she had no dental hygienists. I came for a cleaning and a checkup. She apologized and told me, she'd do it herself along with the exam. She put me in a room that is in need of cleaning and some updates. It hardly felt like a sterile environment. Next, this guy walked in (in just standard business casual wear) and began asking me questions from my new patient questionnaire. He seemed like he has no idea what he's doing. He put on gloves. At one point while asking me questions, he stuck his fingers in my mouth without much warning at all. He carried on using the gloves to write things down, then goes to put his fingers back in my mouth. WHAT? I don't even believe he was a trained dental assistant or anything. Super unsanitary. All this to say, Dr. Aharon came in, did a pretty quick job at "cleaning" my teeth. The whole time she was in my mouth, though, she was trying to tell me that I have sleep apnea. She kept trying to get me to rent some machine from her (to pay her more money). It was the most bizarre doctor visit I'd ever had, to say the least. When she told me I had two cavities and went to schedule an appointment to fill them, I told her I'd call to make that appointment. As I was going out the door, she was still trying to get me to rent some sleep apnea testing equipment. Good grief. Luckily, I found another dentist who was super sympathetic and helpful, willing to give me an exam and cleaning for the price of my copays. The hygienist there informed me that my teeth were definitely not cleaned well, even though Dr. Aharon cleaned them two weeks before. I wouldn’t go to this office if it was the last dentist on planet Earth."
