"I had a LOT of tooth problems, and I've had some bad dentists in the past. I came to Dr. Kaur on a whim because I was in pain. She had no judgement about the state of my teeth which is something I needed a the time. We went over the list of issues, and started slowly working through them. Over the course of a year she has fixed every problem I've had. I like that she is efficient, I get anxiety in the chair and she doesn't waste time. Her staff has always been very pleasant, especially Carmen at reception who manages to work with my schedule. In short, I'm very happy with Dr. Kaur."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kaur over several years. Dr. Kaur did a bite adjustment for me, replaced a crown and placed a crown on an implant. Everyone at the office is so nice, attentive and professional. Their care has been exceptional. Dr. Kaur also has modern technologies. "Upon becoming a client of Dr. Kaur's in the first year, I would say that her kindness and professionalism would be worth a 5 star review. However, as of the last several months the admin staff has become a poor reflection on an otherwise great dental practice. The problem first began several months ago when I had set up a surgical procedure connected to Kaur's practice. I was given a price on Dr. Kaur's end, as well as with the surgeon, and proceeded with the plan. After the surgeon was finished and the allotted healing time passed I returned to Dr. Kaur's office for the remainder of the work. I was greeted with some new faces in the administration staff, as well as a new price on the rest of the work to be done, at my surprise. When I came to their office to ask for an explanation of the new cost I was given a lot of run-around explanations, as well as an admission that they can't tell me the "why" and that these numbers are projections, and my insurance may deny coverage but I would not know until after everything was done. The staff member that talked with me about this seemed inconvenienced during our discussion. After that interaction, I was having some sensitivity in a tooth that I went to schedule an appointment for. The administrator that I talked to that day said that they could see me right then and there, and I thought that was great! Except, I only learned after the fact that the same administrator waited until after I went back to be checked on before she made a point to tell my fiancee that "he is going to be charged $70 for today's visit". $70 for a quick check-up!? Why didn't you tell me before I agreed? As a final note, the main reason I decided to leave this review was because after they determined that my sensitivity was due to a filling that fell out, Dr. Kaur did a new fill in a separate appointment. Initially, everything worked out, but after two weeks I was experiencing the same level of sensitivity. I called Dr. Kaur's office and left a voicemail explaining my situation and left a callback number. As of this review, it has been two weeks and I have yet to receive a call about this issue. I will also say this was not the first time that I had a hard time getting ahold of the office (as for the reason why I went directly to there office about the surgical price inquiry). It is for this reason that I am done with this practice. Dr. Kaur and her staff are great, but I think the admin team has become horrendous, and I have zero trust in their integrity as individuals that work in healthcare. They do not seem to give a care about the people who need help. The only reason I do not give a 1-star review is because I had a great initial experience with this practice, and I think the problem stems more from the administration, rather than the doctors."

"Dr. Kaur and her staff are excellent! Dr. Kaur guided me gently through consultation, moldings, extractions and realignments for my new upper and lower dentures! This has been a life changing experience! I love my new full smile! I'm a recovering addict so my teeth were a mess! What a positive difference! This has been a 6 month process, but well worth it! Thank you Dr. Kaur and Sara and the entire staff! Highly recommended...!!!"
