"The doctors were good, I had a good visit. But their billing office is just a nightmare to deal with. First off, they billed me $300 for which my insurance company already paid. When I tried to reach them to ask about the issue, they just never put me in contact with their billing person. Called 4 weeks ago, was told their billing office is only open on Tuesday. Told me to expect a call back on Tuesday. Tuesday came, never got any call. The following Tuesday, I called again. Was told their billing person is on another line. They took my number and told me they'll call me back. Another week, no calls. I've been trying to reach them every single week for 4 weeks. Folks, there are plenty of dentists in town. Find another one that can do you bill right."
