"Dentist has new support staff and seems to be more mellow. He does good work, and hes fair if you talk matters out with him. His new staff seems to be allowing him to just concentrate on the teeth. It's kinda like walking into an assembly line, the hygienist is really efficient and you are right in his chair. He also doesn't like to inject Novocaine more then once unless needed, and uses topical gel to assist with one injection, usually, waiting for it to set in.... Instead of giving multiple injections just to speed up the appointment. Too many Novocaine shots leads you to having scar tissue that reduces Novocaine efficiency down the road, meaning more painful appointments. That's why I'll keep going here, plus his tooth shaping is quick and good."
