"I called them they disconnect my call first time , second time they told me they don’t do dental, it’s very bad please don’t try to call or schedule with them"
"never coming to this office again. the doctor is completely careless. had a cavity filled 4 weeks ago and now i cannot chew food on the left side of my mouth. don’t go here - would give zero stars if i could."
"Worst experience ever. Especially for my first cavity. I wanted to try a new dentist closer to me and what a mistake. Super friendly lady and good staff but worst professionalism I've ever seen. I went for a cavity and came out with more pain and a bump in my gums. All the questions I asked weren't really answered just kind of avoided. All the dental tools were super old and outdated. The office was the same. What amazed me the most was during the surgery she continually checked her phone having to stop the cavity fill to text. I couldn't believe it. Then her son showed up and she talked to him about TV's while working. She even stopped at one time to go talk to her son some more just leaving me to sit there with tools in my mouth. She even said excuse me I need to see him. She really had no concern for her patient. She wouldn't return my calls either after the surgery. I had to go to another dentist and then a specialist to get a root canal on the tooth. They informed me discreetly that she messed it up. To this day I still feel it. What could have been a routine cavity fill turned into a disaster due to lack of professionalism. To top it off she gave me the cheapest dollar store toothbrush."
"I was just in with my 5 year old daughter. Elizabeth, the dentist seemed very “cold”. She didn’t introduce herself when she walked in or even looked at me while she was talking about my daughter’s teeth. I had made an appointment for my daughter to get a dental cleaning. The only thing she did was wash her teeth off with water and use a brush to brush them. No fluoride treatment, no sealant and no x-rays. I don’t know if she plans on charging my insurance for the entire service, but my daughter was in the chair for maybe 10 minutes. When she had my daughter open her mouth the dentist immediately said “her teeth are bad!” I could visibly see my daughter had decay on two teeth and that was part of the reason for our visit. The dentist also noted she had a bit of decay on her front tooth. My daughter did use her binky for an extended amount of time during her toddler years and the dentist noted that. She did spend time looking at all of my daughters teeth. She just used the water and brush and said “you can go in the waiting room.” As I was getting my stuff together she said “she’ll have to see a pediatric dentist about the tooth with decay. So we go back to the waiting room thinking they would give us a list of dentists that take our insurance or advice about what a pediatric dentist might do, but when we walked into the waiting room the receptionist just said “you can leave now”. I asked if they had any referrals or recommendations and the dentist from another room loudly said NO. She didn’t thank us for our time or evening simply say bye. She never even spoke to my daughter directly expect for saying “thanks for sitting still”. Their office is hard to find. Nothing outside to indicate where they are located. The glass door that leads into their building is shattered and nothing is there to prevent kids from touching the broken glass. When I originally called to make an appointment the first receptionist that I talked to was a very nice and I was happy to go- but the second receptionist (male) was also very apathetic. I only mention that the second receptionist was a male to distinguish him from the first, nice receptionist. He also asked me for my social security number several times which now makes me feel uncomfortable. I have two appointments scheduled for both my husband and myself that I will be canceling. If you have a child I would just see a pediatric dentist to begin with."
"I was in to see Dr. Elizabeth Anistranski today with my 8 year old son. The moment she walked in to see him she was very ignorant, and very rude like she was having a very bad day. She yelled at my son while he was sitting very quiet then proceeded to tell him he has very bad teeth! Something we already knew. She upset him so bad and was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen in my life!!!! Please do not go there or take your children!"
