"The owner passed by our house when they came to open our pool not once but twice. If he couldn't find it a simple phone call would have been sufficient. Instead he tried telling the woman at the store that we weren't home when she called him and told him I had left a message when they didn't show. In the message I described the truck he was driving as well as our 2 vehicles in the driveway. He said he could come back after he was done for the day. But I had already booked with another company that's 2 weeks out. It's a shame considering we were new customers and Champion is close to us. I'll shop local as long as it's a good, honest business."
