"It is a hit-and-miss store. Sometimes you can get good deals. You just have to watch expiration dates and if the product was used. The one guy is fabulous. The other guy is so ignorant and rude I don't know how he has a job there. Every time I go in, he is so miserable and mean to the customers. I don't how he is still there. He is not good for customer service at all!"

"I have a service dog of what they don’t believe should be allowed in their carts even though I carry a blanket for a 5 lb dog - there loss . I can’t believe in this day and age people still disrespect service animals and people with them. They should be stopped in doing this . My dog is licensed and has every right as a service dog/ registered in USA. I am reporting them at this time for further investigation."

"Used to be a nice place. Now they are ignorant. The fat bald guy is the nastiness. I came in with my husband and mom. Also has my emotional support animal with me. He came over told me I couldn't have the dog with me. The dog is less than 5 lbs and is legal in every way. I told him he said I don't care no animals. I did report him because businesses can't refuse you because of an animal. So I went outside so the fat crybaby wouldn't have a fit. My mom was going to buy some snacks and she lifted the box it seemed light. So she opened the box to find more than half the items were missing. She opened 3 boxes and they are all like that. Then she seen something else and asked the fat guy can she plug it in too see if it works. He stated no you have a 14 day return. She said why take it home to just have to come back. In the end no one bought anything. When they got outside a customer came out at the same time and said that he's always been rude. He's a nasty person. He sold microwaves at one point and people were returning them because the door was smashed on almost all of them. You couldn't hear it in the box you had to open them. So the point is. Very nasty employees/owners Misrepresentation of items. Always check what you buy before leaving."

"I’ve never had any problems with this store, I have noticed that some things aren’t as cheap as they seem. Recently I purchased a bookshelf, I saved the receipt, one of my kids accidentally threw it away while cleaning up. When I opened the bookshelf it was missing hardware. I called and told them and they pretty much said to bad because I no longer had the receipt, while I understand maybe no returns without it, I was at least expecting store credit to get something else. While I know I can, and will now have to purchase the hardware on my own, I could of just bought one online somewhere with better customer service. Just be careful with furniture, and don’t make a mistake by accidentally getting rid of a receipt."
