"Not a big selection of clothes for a 6 year old , Store was clean and organized. Would like to see, children's shoes, tights ,sneakers etc."

"I walked through to get to Bath & body. I was scheduled to work xmas, as I walked through I seen this stand with 60 to 80% off earrings, necklaces, bracelets. I found the cutest little wreath earrings but when I looked around- no one was there to pay. I seen someone walking by with the ear piece in, and I ask where can I pay? She says right over here and walks me over to the jewelry counter. The woman says she'd be right with me- ok cool. 15 minutes later, she's still talking to her co worker about telling the manager about her hours. She's fed up... Ok but hey! I'm still here, can I just pay real quick? Please? She says I'll be right with you, ok. Another 20 minutes goes by and I realize.. i just wasted 45 minutes in this store just trying to pay. So I spent the next 5 putting the earrings back , and leaving."

"Right now, they are having their black Friday sales. So, the prices on everything are great. I also love this brand they have there called sun and stone. The jeans fit great, and their hoodies are always so soft and comfortable."

"If I could give stars I would. Macys has the worst customer appreciation. I placed an order online and never received it. Requested a replacement never a confirmation email,made over 20 calls to customer service it has been 1 month and still haven't received my refund. Every time a call something different being told. This is so frustrating. Worst worst"

"I went on a week of Summer clearance everything was 50% or more off the only downside about Macy's place the men section and women section is two different locations. The was not packed at all. So me and my son had a blast in the mall with the car cart. I went also we went to go get my watch adjusted for size I have to say thank you to the staff member who assisted me on the sizing of my watch"
