She handled this rude customer very well. I also work in Customer Service and deal with this and I almost said something because I was getting mad myself. But you’re store associate was great, she had a supervisor take over and she moved off to a different area to help customers.Awesome employee!"

"My mom and me specifically only shop at this store because of Judy Roman. She is an absolute pleasure talking to when checking out. She always has on fun outfits and you never see her without a smile on her face ! She just brightens up my day when I see her. Love that lady."

"First time coming to this location & it was disgusting. Never seen such a dirty JCPenny. Clothes and garbage thrown everywhere. Only one staff member greeted us. The young girl at the customer service counter wasn’t wearing a name tag or friendly when she checked us out. The store closing announcements were also very annoying. They kept announcing it every five minutes, 40 minutes prior to their closing time. I’d recommend going a friendlier & cleaner location."
