Update: they completely destroyed our pool and it now needs To either be completely redone or filled in. Olympic pools can’t even open or close a pool. Avoid these clowns at all costs"

"We purchased our inground pool here and the entire experience was pleasant. Recently our led light went out and they replaced without question under warranty. They mistakenly gave us the light that had different colors and features and called us the next day stating it was their mistake and to enjoy the new light. From beginning to end highly recommend this location for all your pool needs!!!!"
"Employees like to steal and act like children, and the bosses are just as bad. All of upper management are buddy-buddy and do not care about their employees. Reporting anything to HR is actually laughable. A joke of a business to work with and customers deserve better."
"We purchased our pool last April. Arrival and installation had some bumps in the process, but either Covid issues with supply constraints, completely understandable. We knew absolutely nothing about opening a pool, let alone maintaining it. Every visit into the store was an education, and they always took time to answer our questions, and kept us coming back because of their stellar service. Shortly after opening our pool this year, our pump stopped working. We called and they told us to bring it in and they would help us diagnose the issue. While they weren't able to, and even with unit being just past warranty, they exchanged it and gave us a brand new one. 5 stars for going above and beyond!"
