Go to five star dental and run away from this crazy place Their work didn't last 8 months. I had this done last Spring at Northside dental. Get away and call five star dental if your reading this!!!!"

"I’m super afraid of dentist. I went and was treated so kindly by receptionist, X-ray staff, and the doctor and his assistant. Dr. Mychak talked me through everything and was gentle, kind and fast! I was able to relax while getting a few fillings. 0 pain, I didn’t even realize he was finished! Great people, everyone does such a great job here!"

Anytime I have had a dental emergency I have gotten in on that day. I was sad when they changed ownership but they could not have found a better fit than Adam because he is Great. "I came in for a cleaning a month ago. The staff and hygienist we're all super polite and went out of their way to be extra comforting and gentle when I told them that dental visits tend to make me anxious. I've been to this office twice before and always have had a positive experience. I was scheduled to come in again to repair an old filling and refit a loose crown from a previous root canal. The woman I saw on my first appointment even went so far as to give me some at-home cement "in case it falls off before you come back." I even had to reschedule the follow up appointment twice-once because the office cancelled and a second time because I tested positive for COVID-and each time when I called to reschedule I double checked that I was schedule for a filling repair and a loose crown. Each time it was confirmed. I go in for my appointment today and the dentist that is seeing me is completely different from his staff or any other experience I've had in this office. He was abrupt, spoke shortly, and told me quickly that he wouldn't fix the loose crown. At this point I've been pushing this slipping crown back into place for a month after having been told explicitly 3 times that this appointment was to fix it. As I stated earlier in my review, as well as to the dentist and his staff--dental work makes me very nervous. His suggestion was that I call Pitt to have the crown fixed and have him do the other work, putting me in a panic at the idea of yet another dental visit with a dentist I've never seen. I'm really upset and sad about my experience today. I have always struggled to find a dentist that made me comfortable, while this dentist's staff is super comforting and friendly, I do not feel at ease at all with how this man handled the situation, and at the lack of communication. I could have spent the last month finding a new dentist that would help me with all of the work that needs to be done instead of wasting all of that time waiting on an appointment that couldn't help me."
