"I am one of those people that has been avoiding the dentist at all costs, I havent been in over 13 years, well on a Sunday definitely wore a tooth to the nerve and was in extreme pain. I called the office and shortly received a call from Mark Shaws wife who was helping out with answering calls, she was extremely nice and got an antibiotics and pain meds called in quickly. I was lucky enough to be fitted in Monday the next day for a cleaning and assessment, Katie, the hygienist, had the most calming demeanor and made me feel so at ease, there was no "oh wow there is a lot pf plaque", she was very wary of my pain and was amazing. Dr Shaw then came in and proceeded again to make me feel like i had been a customer for years, and scheduled what Im hoping is not a root canal but a patch. Awesome place, great people, i hate the ordeal of the dentist but they made me feel relaxed and very thankful that they took such effort for me a non customer/patient and definitely made me not wary of the dentist and even scheduled my next cleaning as i will definitely be returning and keeping my teeth in good shape."
