"I would not recommend this dentist for your children. Even though they supposedly specialize in children, if your child needs anything beyond a cleaning you cannot go in the treatment room with them. If your child is upset without you, they won't do the procedure; they will just say you can reschedule so if you have a timid or nervous child you are still in the same boat and will have to find a new dentist anyway."

"I did not like how they tested my son there and they’re refusal to treat him for a minimal issue. Plus, the hygienist was unprofessional and made my child uncomfortable and because he was scared thought he should have a “diagnosis.” That no pediatricians he has seen diagnosed him with. So now I have to take my child out of town for simple dental care."

"If your child is nervous and unsure whatsoever, don’t even bother. I heard multiple sighs of frustration from the hygienist while my 3year old daughter refused to let her clean her teeth because she was scared. When doing the fluoride, the hygienist held my kids head down and forced her to do it against her will. Not only did my daughter bawl her eyes out, she was comforted with “ you’re fine, you’re not hurt no need to cry.” My daughter was terrified, and upset, and the professionals who ONLY work with children, seemed to be flustered by a 3yo refusing, imagine that? I was then told she had decay but no specifics of where or what teeth, and she’d need to be put under anesthesia to take care of it. I’ll drive the additional time to go somewhere else.. this poor child had the most traumatizing first experience ever, and no she isn’t going to “forget it once she leaves”."

"Dr Palm and her team of hygienists are absolutely fabulous! They are on time and ready for you once you arrive. They treat my son like a friend and give him the confidence to relax in their setting. They make the experience fun and not scary for the child at all. 10/10 would recommend."

"I definitely had my reservations going just because my 4yo is not a big fan of the dentist and my 20m old has never gone before. They offered to have them done at the same time, across the hall from one another to shorten our time there. The front staff were so friendly and both dental hygienists were AMAZING with my boys. Even the dentist was wonderful. Not a single tear was shed from either of them. It was Such a great experience. We will definitely be returning again! Thank you all for being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
