"Having a great experience of sending kids’ passports in for the visas. It was approved and sent back within estimated time without having to contact the embassy although it is a holiday season where the embassy might be short of staffs as well as the increasing of workload without having the contact the embassy. Hopefully, the embassy is able to have more officers to help with getting record into the system to track the receiving of document which would reduce the number of incoming inquiry call/contact. Kudos to the embassy officials."
"Our Visa experience with the Embassy was fantastic..they went above and beyond being helpful at every turn. We would like to give special thanks Usapheh Horn who guided us through this process with wonderful professionalism and warmth. Thank you so much Usapheh!"
"I can’t say enough about the service, courtesy, and how helpful the staff was at your embassy. Particularly Mr. Horne he was extremely welcoming, and even took the time to show me some of Cambodia’s artifacts. Thanks so much for a productive and enjoyable visit to secure our visas for our trip."
"I would say that my first experience with the embassy was not that good as expected. I sent them emails to inquire visa requirements and application with no reply but when I called them (today, at 11:41AM PST), the one who picked up my call sounds like a rough voice with chunks and poses of short answers (like he was very busy and did not want to answer their customers' questions). The Embassy may consider having someone who likes working at the customer service's desk, can behave more professional than him, and especially someone who can speak English/Khmer. Thanks!"
