"IAM LIVID!!!!! I’m so upset when I asked for pediasure I was rudely told to press the button myself & wait. by cashier Greg & then he dropped my spaghetti sauce & ask did I wanna take it off, refused to go get it. The front end manager walked up & also stated to the cashier just take it off & then stated to me “Because I know some people don’t feel like getting it again.” Cashier Greg & the manager customer service was very terrible. The worst part about it is I was still charged for the spaghetti sauce I didn’t even get.. I only left with 3! he was suppose to remove it!!!! I was so upset when I got outside I didn’t have the energy to go back & get reimbursed for the sauce! & he also didn’t give me my $7 mayo I paid for either, it’s on my receipt but not in my bag!!!!!!! Im so upset about this."

"There are always plenty of shoppers in the store but I was able to find the few things that I needed and was out of the store in about 15 minutes. Great prices on most items. And plenty of choices to compare and select from."

"Let me see if Brian the manage reads this. I bought an electric bike in store. Love it. But it came with only one key and the manual said it should have two. I need my second key. Your customer support did reach out but did not produce the key and said I need to get with you the manager. Please contact me and let’s resolve this. I’m sure it’s in the store somewhere. Thanks."

"Carts every where one hit my car and dented it and scratched it. I have more photos I will be sending corporate. Also as I walked out I over heard employee's saying they didn't have a cart person. You won't take responsibility for the damage that happened to my car. But you don't have anyone out there to prevent it. Photos from later that night when I came back, carts were still everywhere blocking the driveways and these guy's outside talking about smoking weed and doing lines and hooking up with girls. Very inappropriate my wife was affected with what they said when she was walking by."

"Best experience with a pickup order ever!! I live in Trenton New Jersey however I drove the extra distance -to levittown PA and was pleasantly surprised. I was actually late for my pickup order and he acknowledged no problem. Their efficiency is beyond belief as well as their employees. The gentleman who helped me pack my trunk was just that. Couldn't ask for a better experience with Walmart. Will use for pickup orders in the future! Just wish I had gotten his name, don't know that it would have helped him but he deserves some type of recognition."
