Dollar Tree

"We're Hiring! That's all you see at these stores no matter if it's Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, or Dollar General. They are always hiring, RIGHT! You walk in there, "always" one cashier and the line is growing, you call for back-up so what, you need at least two cashiers on every shift. They are so cheap on what they pay their employees even if you ask for a ten cent raise & Yes...A 10 Cent Raise; oh that is too much. You ask for certain time frame to fit your schedule NOT their schedule they don't hire you. Trust me I know I am a former employee who wanted to return to work after "I resigned" due to health issue. I worked every scheduled day that I was there, NEVER was late, NEVER called out, NEVER took anything, LEAVE at the end of my scheduled shift. I was told, if ever you want to come back, we would welcome you, you're a good worker. This place, the environment is too insincere and deceitful. I'm not sure, but I'm also lead to believe that their hiring practices are an act of racism too due to the lack of "Minorities" who works at this location where there's NO people of color working here and if there were, it would be "Diverse" as are some other locations across the country as I've witnessed. Trust me I know and let me make this perfectly clear; I will never step foot back at this location and I withdrew my application. I don't work with individuals who are insincere and deceitful."

"Called in to ask if they have the valentine bear jar. They replied font know we are too busy you have to come in and check. Why dont you know what you have in stock? Why ask me to take my time to see if you have it when you as an employee can sheck? Horrible phone customer service."

"Awful, is the only way to describe my encounter at this 1.00 store. 1st its dirty, selves not stocked and trash all over the floor. Saw a Roach when I moved a Pasta box. But the worse was, waiting in a single line for about 20 minutes, then a worker opens up another aisle and Yells aisle 5 is open. What happened to Next in the line?? Then a nice woman spoke up for me because I was next in line. A Man claiming to be the manager started yelling at this woman ( who spoke up for me) "that if she didn't like it call corporate but I won't get in trouble because you don't know my name" and was laughing about it. The other 2 women workers also didn't do anything but attack the WRONG PEOPLE. I will never go to this store again. JUST TRASHY FROM THE STORE TO THE EMPLOYEES. Go to another dollar store. Never going back to this one will go back to the one by Redner's. Clean, pleasant workers and Always stocked"
