"Unbelievable service by Warren and his wife. I brought my Denon DRM-740 professional cassette deck in to BCE with issues with right channel. Warren diagnosed it as a cracked board (Monster RCA cables, my bad). He repinned and replaced board and also replaced jack input. Deck sounds like the day I bought it new. Thank you so much and will use them for any of my recording equipment."
"I've used BC Electronics twice now for old car stereo restoration. I clumsily almost destroyed my Blaupunkt Reno by forcing the remove using the prongs dislocating the faceplate from the radio body. I had a back up unit that worked ok but it wasnt this original. I sent off the EQ for maintenace and Reno hoping for a miracle and Dave and his team called back saying it was saved and being shipped back. It made my year and was great to bring the original components back to my Porsche 944. Thanks again BC."
"Had my Fisher CA-873 Integrated Stereo Amplifier repaired and also my Fisher CR-W872A Stereo Double Cassette Deck the guy fixed my Fisher CA-873 Integrated Stereo Amplifier but the left and right speaker channels are cutting in and out a few months later. The guy said My Fisher CR-W872A Double Cassette Deck could not be repaired. A rip off and I was lied to about my Fisher Units say that the repair service is great and my Fisher Units will last a long time. Would not recommend BC Electronics to anyone. Update: I took my Fisher CR-W872A Double Cassette Deck to a repair shop in Frederick and they fixed it."
"Contacted BCE about getting my Sansui sr-838 checked out, after a couple of months wait was told it need a new motor-servo which I said go for it after about one more month Warren contacted me & said it's all done everything checks out fine, had it back home in less than a week & have been rock'in the house ever since. No issue's at all. Would trust Warren & BCE with any repairs I have in the future, Top Notch Service, Thanks"
"My Sony TCK-870ES failed to play. I checked online and found BC Electronics. Warren is a great guy. He was friendly, upfront, and the service was great. I picked up my unit today. I have had it playing since installed. I was nervous about leaving my unit with a new shop, but BC electronics far exceeded my expectations.
