"Traveling on rt 95 last month, I experienced a mechanical issue with my truck as I was pulling a trailer. It left me with minimal acceleration.In an effort to exit off of a 6 lane roadway, I was able to get off at Back Lick rd. There is located German auto mechanic shop. I spoke with the owner I'm assuming. He wasted no time assigning a mechanic to look at my vehicle. Quickly they diagnosed the problem through they're computer check. He advised it would take a few days to receive the electronic acceleration sensor replacement. However ,They were able to reset it, which allowed me to continue on my trip to South Carolina with out any further issue. I requested a bill from him and he stated not to worry about it. I was amazed at there commitment and generosity. They were definitely a lifesaver!! Thank you German auto Group!! I highly recommend this garage."

"Excellent service, really kind crew. I was in a trip from Georgia to here Virginia. I had an issue with my front end suspension system. My lower controller arms went bad. "just had a tire replacement, oil change and alignment done on my 2019 M5. it was my first time at any place other than a dealer for my maintenance needs. old school vibe, just good and fair service at a speedy clip with great communication by the service advisor. labor rates are fair and the workmanship was great. zero complaints and i'll be bringing my two BMW's here in the future for maintenance needs. Recommend anyone with a German make automobile give them a try!"

"These guys robbed me on two separate occasions or tried to at least. When the two Palestinian guys are there I don’t have problems but when they aren’t there are always issues. Changed the oil and the fool didn’t reset the car. I went there to change a tail light that was out and brought the lights after changing my oil. The guy told me they couldn’t change it and that they think my SAM is out and that they need to run a diagnostic for $150! No way. I declined, went on YouTube and changed it myself in two minutes and now it’s working great. I had a leaky radiator and an issue with a sensor for my Airmatic suspension. They quoted me $1,900 and like an idiot I paid it. Later I did some research and found out the parts are like $300. They robbed me of $1,600! Turns out it wasn’t even the radiator but a hose that was only $40 fking at the dealership. The oil changes keep going up and up in price and last time I sat there for OVER 3 hours while people came and went and it was obvious me and my oil change were not a priority to them. Anyway, they used to be wonderful but now they’re just ripping people off! Better to go to the Mercedes Benz dealership. They charge the same if not a little bit more. Oil changes at the dealership are $180 but I’m in and out in an hour max and they check everything."
