"The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff was attentive. Our server was so sweet, providing his own pens to the children when it was found there were no crayons for them to color on their kids menus. The food was delicious with satisfying portions. You won't leave hungry!"

"We returned to our beloved Red Robin recently after about five years. I'm sad to say, this place has gone downhill since I last visited. Front desk staff seemed lost. Our server might have been having a rough shift, but she seemed indifferent to us and wasn't eager to be helpful, and didn't go out of her way to ask if we needed drinks or fries refreshed. We had to flag her down if she was in the vicinity. Even presentation is worse. Red Robin used to put fries in these trendy baskets and presented the burgers well. Now it's all just indifferently chucked onto a plate. Food quality was fine but uninspiring. The first round of fries that came with our entrees had clearly been under the heat lamp for some time. The refills were piping hot and fresh, though. I don't see much reason to return, unfortunately. This isn't the Red Robin I once appreciated. It is a shadow of its former self. It might be only this location, but who knows."

"The service was good and the food was good. The wrap had good flavor but I wish it had more sauce on the inside or on the side, it was lacking on that part. The garlic parmesan fries were good and had enough to actually taste the garlic and Parmesan."

""American cheese" should never be in the same sentence "fondue". It's was like a thinned out melted American cheese. Try at your own risk. Overall not terrible, but nothing to rave about, just another greasy American burger franchise."

"Beer was cold (-old orange slice). Food was good. Service was a different story...sub-par at best. Our wait person never came back to check on us. We had to flag someone down for water and to pay because the tablet on the table didn't work."
