"My son bought a pool from these people and just like the other gentleman stated ...issues have not been fixed. Pool has leaked since install....and every time we contact we are given excuses..to the point of owner being rude. I am sure they spent the money from the Pool right away and yet could not take care of the customer....BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR POOL FROM THESE dishonest people !"

"I do not recommend A and A after our experience with Cindy and Mike Manor. I have contacted them several times about fixing the issues with our pool and continue to be ignored. The jets in the buddy seat do not work properly, the concrete joints need cleaned out since they brushed concrete back in to the joints when using a broom to finish it and the liner has wrinkles and bubbles on the sides of the pool. We asking Mike about the concrete that we paid quite a bit extra for, he told me to get a chisel and fix it myself. Our pool was less than a yr old and was finished in Oct of 2022. We contacted them in late May of 2023 of the concerns and it is now September 14th and still nothing has been done. They tell you what you want to hear and never follow through. Famous excuses are, Mike hit rock at another job site or rain or some other excuse. Just be prepared, they will tell you anything to get your business. Not to mention, they were a yr late installing the pool. We feel like we were taken advantage of and now have regrets. Also, the fact they advertise working in weather under tents and heaters is false from our experience. The only appointment they were on time for was the site inspection at our house when they were looking for new business and promised us the world. A and A, don’t bother saving face by replying to this post unless you correct your wrong doings. BBB is aware."

"After understanding why they are so busy had to go UP on rating. Cindy and Mike don't try to give or sell you anything that you don't ask for. Feels like home when you come in. Their service is above the rest. I had an inground pool put in and it was awesome, scarey but awesome. See pic (landscaping done by me and my husband)"
