I love to entertain, cook with friends on the rooftop grill, workout at the gym, and have a movie night at the lounge. It's a great location as well since everything is just a stone's throw away!"

The neighborhood might look a little "sketchy" to some people, but as someone who has lived in Philly for 14 years now, I can say with confidence that this area is actually pretty safe compared to many other neighborhoods."
