"Couple of issues at this location. Firstly there's no 10 items or less check out. This combined with very few check out lines being open means that if you're only buying a few items you're stuck waiting in one of the maybe two lines that are open, or getting in the self checkout line, which many times has numerous people with full carts slowly checking out due to so few lanes bring open. In addition, this store will leave expired product on the shelves. I've seen at least one expired item just about every time I've visited. Last time (Jan 2024) I saw some cookies in the refrigerated section that expired in March 2023. Overall if visiting this store, hope it's during a not busy time and make sure to check anything you buy for expiration."

"Best grocery store in Bethesda. Clean, good produce and meat. Always clean, a little more expensive than Giant or Safeway. Never enough checkers. Always have to wait for someone to man the customer service counter."

"Store is nice and staff is friendly. Price it too high even if you compare to Giant or Safeway. Prices getting higher each week. Donuts and pastries up 50% in 2 weeks. That’s not fair. Not coming back"

"Overall: 4.50. Exceptionally clean & well-stocked store with pharmacy, deli, fresh seafood, bakery (including fresh pizza & breads), floral department, large dining area, etc. Friendly & helpful staff. Two floors with elevators & stair cases. Starbucks on 2nd floor with tables to chill & enjoy a cup of ☕️. Entrances on Wisconsin Avenue by The Flats Apartments & Battery Lane with covered parking garage (free). Check out pics below."

"Parking is not incredibly easy, but there’s an underground garage to use. They had a nice selection of flowers and we were able to get some for around ten dollars. The cashiers were efficient and able to get us in and out of the store in a timely manner, which was helpful since it was just a quick stop. Definitely would return again."
