Someone was kind enough to see i had a receipt for whole foods and took the wallet there. i called the store after i got home and realized i may dropped. someone answered at whole goods to tell me it was there. "I drive 15 minutes to get to the Whole Foods on River Road rather than go to the one on Wisconsin Avenue above Georgetown that's 5 minutes from my house. I'm Amazon Premium but I resent having to use my account just to get a cart. Hate the way the produce is packaged. It's an inhospitable environment, not like the other grocery stores in the neighborhood such as Trader Joe's. The Whole Foods on River Road is welcoming and the staff is always very helpful. They always have fresh produce, seafood, meat and an excellent deli and bakery. It's like the old Whole Foods in my neighborhood used to be."
"They continue to lower the selection of items. Almost every month I find new items missing be it tomato sauces, pre-packaged salads or certain cheeses. As many have commented before they consistently understaff the cashier counters, creating long lines and wait times for customers. But this is the only way to pay using cash as their automated check-outs only allow card payments. In terms of customer service and product choice this Whole Foods is a disappointment. But they're good at raising prices."
"Decent selection for natural/organic (prices accordingly too). Parking Spaces are small and the older customers don't really watch where they fling open doors. So expect dings. The amazon return area vacillates between crazy crowded/backed up or one person ahead of you. Allocate extra time when returning things."
