"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a mushroom & pepper Stromboli, they sent a steak & cheese Stromboli . I don’t eat steak. I called and explained, the girl argues with me that I ordered a steak one for quite a bit (she Remembered me doing so) . I told her I didn’t & needed it replaced or refund me & that the receipt says correctly what I ordered. Then she said they mixed my order during delivery. Ok. So the owner gets on the phone to get my order & replace it . Mushroom & green pepper Stromboli please. He said onions? I said no thank you & then repeated my order. SO MANY ONIONS. Never ordering from there again 0/10 . & the wings I got were nasty too. (This used to be my favorite place YEARS ago)"

"Bravo's has really gone down. The service was just ok. The girl behind the counter didnt know what she was doing. Delivery was much longer than it had to be. The food was awful. My steak was cold and i specifically told them no Mayo on my sandwich. Then when ordering my salad, I told her 3 times "french dressing." I ended up with some unknown white substance. The salad was terrible. Wilted lettuce, not ripe tomatoes and pickles. Ugh, they lost a customer for life."

"Pizza taste like it sat all day and they reheated it. My food came to 34.00 for a nasty pizza and a steak 2 liter bottle I was wondering why it was so high she charged me for 2 sodas the delivery guy did the difference. Won’t ever order from here again!"
