"Not authentic or anywhere close to what they claim. Fried rice is made from sushi rice and not long grain. Additionally they used too much oyster and soy sauce with the sushi rice that was soggy. Crispy chicken was all batter and not chicken mostly chicken. The picture of the chicken posted is not chicken it's just batter. The combo cost me $35.......DO NOT EAT HERE."
"Tonkatsu Ramen was a dud. Broth and mushrooms were okay but the chicken was unpalatable. Staff were not terribly motivated or friendly."
"Philadelphia Airport location. Wanted something not too heavy before my 12 hour flight back to Doha. So glad I decided to sit down. My Salmon Teriyaki Rice Bowl was just what I needed. Fresh, hot and full of flavor! They were lined up to order takeaway and/or sit and enjoy a variety of other options. Including sushi. If I am ever in Philly Airport Terminal B Gate A again I will not hesitate to have another meal."
"Chicken for chicken teriyaki is factory pre-grilled just reheated. Flavors are relatively bland, getting 2 stars only because they included a small bit of crunchy vegetables (emphasis small) in the bowl. Subway would be more appealing even at airport prices."
"Overpriced low quality noodles (dried and boiled in hot water), taste accordingly. Sushi are also tasteless and soapy. At least we didn't get any food poisoning so that's good. Service is ok, atmosphere - if you dine at their bar - it's better, if you go to the eatery right there - it's nasty - dirty and sticky tables, food on the floor, neighboring trash cans :))) It was a bad lunch."
