"I travel out of PHL frequently and have for decades. I used to go here often as it was the best sushi at PHL. About a year ago they switched to ordering via app only and it was a terrible experience and I vowed not to go back. On a delay this afternoon, I stopped in again today and it was worse than last year. Even using the idiotic “company iPad” didn’t work so I walked out. I feel for the staff as they’re only doing what they can. Avoid it if you’re in C terminal. Only giving 1 star because zero isn’t an option."
"I haven’t been here in a long time but I stopped today and everything was terrible. Fish was old, like dangerously so. Eggs roll sucked, miso sucked. Bar tender was great but they took away the interaction with the staff by making you order through a web portal. Totally stupid and I’ll never be back. Too bad, the place used to be my spot at the Philly airport."
"I stopped by this restaurant since it was right by my gate, C17. My boarding was at 10:30, and I stopped there around 9:35am. There were a few people sitting at the bar with 2 bartender helping them. I sat on the dining area. There were only one more person sitting there. I waited for about 10 min and even got eye to eye with one of the bartenders and no one ever approach to take my order. I asked the bartender if the dining area was open and he said yes. But still no one came to get my order. Either I didn’t understand how the dining works there. Or the servers didn’t bother to serve me. I ended up leaving."
"I’ve been coming here for years. Food is still good. Customer experience is now ZERO. If you’re going to use QRCode menus they need to actually work and not take up space on the table. They turned what should be a 2 minute experience to order into close to 10 minutes. Still same amount of staff. Barely any customer interaction now with staff. What did this actually solve?"
