"Very disappointed with the food. I’ve been coming here for years (10+), and it’s just not the same. Now, the people are great. I know that the old owners are gone, but unfortunately the new owners completely ruined it. I got a large plain pizza with fries and a steak Stromboli. Now, the pizza I’ve always loved in the past was doughy and just tasted bad. I didn’t know if it was the cheese or the sauce, but I couldn’t even finish one slice. Now, I love French fries, but these fries were a little soggy and bland. The Stromboli, however, was the highlight of the order. It tasted really good and I enjoyed the steak and the cheese, but the dough was a little underdone. Again, really disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back –– not unless something changes."

"Be aware, new owners. So everything is different. Remodel is welcome but food isn't great. Ordered a cheesesteak and large pizza. I was the only customer and my order was taking long. I walked up and they forgot about the pizza and burnt it. Had to refire. It came out just ok. I've had better pizza from local competitors and I don't buy the giant sign on the wall that says they use the best quality ingredients. Cheesesteak meat is dry and bland. Needs seasoning (salt/pepper). They also could've done a better job wrapping it. It just seems nobody really cares, yet they charge a premium."

"I have gotten salads, pizza, fries everything from here for the last couple of years that I've worked in this plaza. I get a salad from there very often, as it is very convenient to where I work. I wanted to order a side salad, but they didn't have them anymore. They have a garden salad now for 8.50 which is the larger size salad. I figured that would be fine, as I can usually eat half of one and save the rest for the next day. Today, I ordered the garden salad with french dressing. I received my order and opened the bag. I was kind of confused that the amount of lettuce that was in the large container was maybe about as much as their side salad used to be, and I just paid $5 more for this salad. I know they changed owners, but I really hope the new owners realize that the reason many of their customers, including myself, come back regularly is because the value was on point, the food was always on point, and the service was great. But now it seems that they are trying to eek out $8.50 for a "large size" salad for the same amount of lettuce that I used to get for $3.50 in the side salad."
