"We have 25 children on the #leemasonjryouthcchoir, and Old London is by far their favorite pizza. Thank you for always getting their pizza to them quickly and hot. The lady who takes our order is so lovely, she remembers us every time ❤️"
"The food is pretty good. If you order around 10 thats when they start to slack. The time is always hit or miss. You get ur food when they feel like it. “45 mins wait” and the delivery takes 1hr and a half. They really just need to improve on time management and consistency. Other than that its my GO TO pizzaria."
"They are very polite. The machine messes up the chicken nuggets they give you chicken fingers instead. But beside that mishap the food is good they sell ice cream like 6-7 different flavors which I love! Fast delivery, food was never cold. 5 stars all around."
"I have been eating at this place for well over 20 years but will never do so again. The quality of food is horrible as is the service. In addition, and the breaking factor for me, I ordered broccoli bites which I have ordered from here several times before, and no where on the menu or at the restaurant does it state that they have changed the product or that they now have PORK bacon in them. After eating them, and suddenly noticing something pink I called the store to inquire about the ingredients and the clerk nonchalantly that it was bacon. She mentioned they ordered the wrong ones and must have decided to continue to sell them until they were rid of them. I advised her that my religious and dietary restrictions prohibit me from eating pork. She then asked if I wanted mozzarella sticks instead. I advised her that it needs to be disclosed that these have bacon, which she responds that she didn’t need to because she didn’t take my order, and they don’t usually sell those. I advise her this is even more why it needs to be stated on the menu for customers who cannot eat pork which she responds by telling me repeatedly to calm down, never apologized, she did not express any empathy or concern, refused to give her name or provide a manager. The lack of care and concern for customers who they are serving food to, whom may not only have dietary restrictions but food allergies is baffling. My daughter’s and my stomach is already feeling upset and we are feeling nauseated. It’s really mind boggling how stores can get away with hiding pork in food or mistakingly put it on your food and there is no recourse, except for you to be forced to eat at home in order to know what you’re eating."
"I literally live around the corner and used to order here all the time. They are not what they used to be. I gave them their last chance. I ordered an chicken salad with cream Italian. They forgot the dressing and didn’t want to send it out. Offered me “credit” instead. When I ask them to just come get the salad and give me a refund, they decided then they would send someone out with the dressing, AT THAT they send Cesar dressing. The “garlic bread” was so hard it crumbled. The pizza I got my daughter was cut so bad and fries were burnt. I get being busy but your pizzeria isn’t giving away free food so the fact that you don’t care how your customers receive their food is good enough reason to not order here again. Never again. Bentoulis pizza delivers in the frankford area and are wayyy better, Incase anyone needs a new spot."
