Papa Johns Pizza

"Food was good for the most part, it's your typical papa John's location that offers the usual deals and promotions during this time of the year. You could spend $30 and feed a family of 4, that's guaranteed. I'm not sure why there are no beach seats or chairs for customers to be seated while waiting for order but assuming that a certain type of crowd has since abused that convenience. The orders are usually ready within 15-20 minute wait time which is not that bad in comparison to other locations in the city. Especially with the heavy traffic and constant hustle and bustle in this particular area or WESTPHILA."

"I have called customer service over 5times trying to get a refund over the matter of 3weeks still no refund. They delivered an Alfredo with no noodles and who would eat that ? I'm black . They told me my complaint was not put in for the SECOND TIME. Even the store remembers who I am because I have called so many times each time after calling customer service this is so unprofessional and time consuming for absolutely no reason. Why couldn't I just bring the Alfredo back and get a refund.!!"

"Ridiculous. Every time we place an online order, they call and ask what we wanted. And STILL we never get the correct toppings or sauce combinations. If you can't handle online orders, don't take them!"

"Do not order from this papa John’s, paid over the phone and ordered at 4pm never got my pizza 3 hrs later. I live in a luxury apartment building and driver claims he left the pizza when my doorman are telling me driver took pizza back. Not offered a refund or anything for my inconvenience when I have children I am feeding. I’m so angry I could cry. No money back yet or no pizza."

"Do not go here! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and there were only 6 slices of pepperoni for the whole pizza, I REPEAT: ONLY 6 SLICES OF PEPPERONI FOR THE WHOLE LARGE PIZZA! That doesn’t even average a single slice of pepperoni for each of the eight slices of pizza. I would give zero stars, but that’s not possible. I have added a picture for proof, but don’t let the cheese bubbles fool you, they are NOT pepperoni. What a joke of a pizza franchise."
