"Big wow. A dominos driver just plowed over my neighbors garbage cans, delivered the wrong food, and then had to come back to get the food that I had handled to deliver it to the correct customer. No idea if my food was touched by another customer as well. I called the store and they said “what do you want me to do? Talk to him?” No idea what I expected them to do but what the hell."

"I will say their Team A which right now is Saturdays and Fridays are very good, Team B who works Sundays and Thursdays are incredibly hating the job or something. They didn’t even try to put ingredients evenly. How hard is it to put every thing spread out??? Spending you like 1 more extra seconds?"

"Do NOT order delivery from this location. Takeout is fine, but in the past year every single time I've ordered delivery there has been something wrong with the order - cold food, extremely late delivery, missing items. The final straw was this weekend when yet again there was a missing item. I called the store to let them know and they assured me they'd send the guy back out. An hour goes by, nothing. I call back and get a busy signal. I keep trying to call and never get an answer. I checked my door for 3 hours afterward in case maybe they did the right thing. They didn't. They got my order wrong, told me they'd fix it, then completely ghosted me. I'm usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast food service being bad, but if I pay for something I expect to receive it. If you want Dominos and this location is your only option, do yourself a favor and pick it up in-store (and check to make sure they actually hand you everything you ordered)."

"We were told that the wait is a minimum of 1 hour if we order at the outlet; so we ordered online and got our order in 15 minutes flat. The staff was rude and told me not to pay via tapping my credit card and when I asked why, I was told that it’s not the right thing to do. Thankfully the pizza was delicious!"

"The Elkins Park location use to be very good until recently. I ordered thr 32 bone in plain wings was, paid $50.86, tip included, this was sept 7, 2023 #214 customer number. Was short counted the amount of wings about 27 wings. Immediately called the 1901 Elkins Park location, told them I was short, spoke to a ahmir or ahmod who had according to my order, prepared my order. He was going to send out the rest, I suggested to Waite until next month oct. 4, 2023 to call first to set up the order with the understanding from ahmir to add on, his reply was he was going to make a notation on their part. Oct 4,2023 I called spoke to Johnathan, who told me he was going to get right back to me. As of this date, NO RESPONSE. Sent email to corporate about the 17th of Oct, NO RESPONSE. I have been a very good customer about 3 years, until this"
