Papa Johns Pizza 6001 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19128

"On a Saturday, I placed an online order for delivery on that Sunday @ 6:15pm. On Sunday, I got a text @ 6:06pm saying the order was on its way. By 6:50pm the order had still not arrived. I called the store and they told me the order was on it's way but they'll call me back. I got a call shortly after and the person told me they had JUST received my order at 7pm. I told them that couldn't be since I got a text saying it was on its way AND I had ordered it the day before. She assured me that the pizzas would arrive soon. The delivery came by 7:20pm and it was inaccurate. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas and received 2 large pizzas. Not only was my order over an hour late, I was not able to feed all my guests. I called the store back asking for a refund and the employee said they just needed to speak to a manager and the refund would be sent. By Tuesday I still had not heard anything so I called the store again and a man told me he just needed to speak to a manager and I could get a refund. He told me a manager would call me on Wednesday. I did not get a call from any staff and when I have tried calling Thursday and I was put on hold and cannot get in contact with anyone. I am still struggling to receive a refund."

"Ordered pizza and drinks, and the drinks weren't delivered. Delivery driver said he didn't get any. Called the store, on hold for 15 minutes, man answers the phone and didn't make sense, and then hangs up. No refund for the missing drinks. Ordered again a few days later, pizzas aren't made correctly, and again, no drinks! Place must be employed by braindead people. I'm surprised the pizzas were delivered in a box and not a bag! Never ordering here again. I wouldn't order from here unless you want to get a random "surprise" pizza, and no additional items."

"I can't rate this 0 stars, or I would. This was the first and last time I ever order from this Papa Johns. I waited over an hour for delivery (I am pregnant and starving, not a great combo). It said 'delivered' but clearly was NOT. I tried calling the store 6 times, no response, but I was fully charged! Finally, my husband had to leave work to drive up there just for there to be ONE worker who said ' oh we don't have drivers'. OH so you were just going to say the food was delivered and steal my money? They sure were! My husband had to literally force the person working at the front to refund my money. My husband asked why none of his phone calls were answered, to which the person said replied 'no calls came through' AS the phone is ringing off the hook next to him. That place has got to go."

"Papa johns on Ridge ave has gone down hill! I ordered a Large pizza and inside of my box there was a drawing obviously from a little kid. To me it seems as if maybe an employee had a kid there while they worked. I’m not to sure but this was absolutely disgusting! Then when I called to talk to a manager about it they told me the manager would be in, tomorrow but i soon found out that was FALSE. I drove there and when I got there and as I became frustrated again with a worker, the MANAGER magically appeared and did not care one bit of what I was saying about how unsanitary that is. He then kept misgendering me as I repeatedly said over and over I am a woman! I will be taking this to corporate and I won’t be returning to this unsanitary location!!!!"

"My girlfriend and I were excited to try the new crispy parm pizza from Papa Johns. We tried ordering delivery from this location that is literally only 10 minutes out from where we are (2.5 miles) but they said it was too far to make a delivery (I literally had to call to make sure they were being serious about not delivering to a location that was that close). Regardless we ordered carry out and I drove to the papa johns at this location to retrieve the pizza. I was met with pretty good service but for an establishment that makes it a requirement to come in to pick up your order, the parking lot they are located in sure is limited. The pizza ended up being good until we found not one, not two but THREE BLACK HAIRS on our pie. I wish I caught a picture of the first hair I’d seen, but I dismissed it as I thought a hair had fallen on it on our end. Then my girlfriend showed me hair literally baked into the crust of the pizza. You can really see it in the picture but that was the light part of the hair found. Honestly shameful work by this location and I encourage everyone to steer clear until they get their act together. Paying 28$ for the pizza to be made in that manner is unacceptable. No surprise they have multiple 1 star reviews!"
