"I ordered and paid for a large pizza on their website and when I arrived to pick it up the man at the register said they never received my order. When I showed him the receipt, he began to raise his voice and continued to say they never received order. When I confirmed that the money was deducted out my account he continued to be rude and very nonchalant. He never offered any solutions to solve the simple issue. His customer service was horrible. Shout out to the black cook who was very understanding and helpful!"
