The manager Ian and the technician Rob were patient and answered all of my questions as well as provided excellent customer service. My repair was completed in about an hour. I will definitely be back."

"I just want to recognize the amazing group of gentlemen at this location. I’m completely new to having a car, just got my drivers license 3 days ago, just got my car 3 months ago and I came in with a nail in my tire. My first question to myself was (What the hell do I do?!) I drove to this location feeling very anxious to get this fixed… After a short wait and witnessing Ryan interact with a rather unsavory customer I knew I was in the BEST hands. Immediately we broke the ice and the guys started working on my tire. The whole team is fantastic, energetic, personable (and let me tell you, they’re all very handsome too!) and I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This will be the spot I come to going forward. Treat these men with respect and they will reciprocate it 10 fold. Gentlemen! It was such a pleasure, you guys made my night!"

"Went in to inquire if I could have a tire replaced and how long it would take. The tech at front desk said they can do it”now”. I was there for 2.5 hrs. After being there for an hr, a tech came out and said I need to replace all 4 tires because I can damage my transfer chase. He said the other 3 tires are old and the difference in measurements between the new tire and the other 3 tires can cause damage. I had just bought all 4 tires less than a year ago. I told him to just do the one tire. I have attached below pics of the 3 old tires and the one new tire. See if you can tell which are the 3 old ones and which is the new one. I am sharing this because I do not care for businesses that use scare tactics to get more out of customers."
