"Mudasir was wonderful. He immediately took care of me and repaired my tire from the inside when he could have tried to sell me a tire instead. Customer service was great!! I’ll definitely be back."
"I had a nail in my tire and was losing pressure quickly. Since I was close by, I stopped by a chain tire repair shop and they wanted to charge me almost the cost of the tire to fix it. I said thank you and went to bingo my us tire repair place and they fixed it with no problem as usual for a fraction of the cost. I can always count on them to get the job done for a reasonable price"
"If I could give a 0 I would. The most unprofessional staff that I have experienced in a while. Went to ask to do a tire service and instead of looking at the situation, the manager and the two assistant made assumptions about the size of the tires and started to communicate in their language and laugh. After explaining the issue, their attitude changed. This place will not be an option for me, not with a staff like that."
"I had a slow leak in one of my tires that was getting progressively worse. I took it to the wholesale club where I normally buy tires to see if they could look at it. They just laughed and said they were booked until after the holidays. A neighbor recommended Bingo so I decided to give them a try. They came out to my car, found the leak, and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them if you need a tire repair."
"4 tires and an alignment. They left the right rear wheel loose. They did NOT own up to it. BLAMED “old rusty lug nuts. I made a right didn’t get past the first traffic light where my car started wobbling to the right. Somehow made a u turn and made it back safely. They lifted up the vehicle, right rear wheel was falling off. I got this elaborate story about “rusty nuts”. No it’s not rocket science. The lug nuts were not hand started. It wasn’t even checked to see if it was tight by wiggling it back and forth. The lug nuts were put in the socket and zapped on with an air gun which may not had the constant right air pressure. They left it loose. All I wanted was to be tightened and have the alignment rechecked. Because it was done with a loose wheel. They didn’t drive it around the parking lot to VERIFY the alignment and the tires. They are lucky I didn’t crash 1 minute after leaving them. That’s a hell of a lawsuit they avoided. Yet all i wanted was to get it corrected yet they made me wait two additional hours while i stood there watching them take other customers in and continue to make the money. I get it it’s business. They were hoping for me to drive off with a possible messed up alignment and stripped out lug nuts. I asked for a print out but the gentleman that did my alignment kept assuring me it was good despite being done with a wobbly loose right rear wheel.I continue to ask them to correct it but blame shifting back and forth and things being taken personal. Finally until the rush was over and they soaked in the money and I was the only person left (30 minutes to close). Someone went to AutoZone and got me new lug nut STUDS.They were stripped. Which they insisted I still pay despite the loose right rear wheel. The wheel was loose,I wanted it corrected and have the alignment rechecked. But they denied their mistake to the end. Insisted on that it was rusty nuts, this and that. The right rear wheel was tight when it came in,then it was left loose with stripped studs. Mind you this is the vehicle I take to work and where my daughter is dropped off and picked up from the babysitter. Still here at the shop. So if anything happens to where a wheel flies off and me and daughter get in an accident. You guys know. Not being over dramatic. Loose wheels are serious things where people can loose their lives."
