"I caught a flat tire coming back from North Carolina after Christmas and I was beside myself as these were pretty much new tires! I walked into Mr. Tire Wednesday night five minutes until closing and Fida told me how much Tire would be and that he could have it in the next day I knew that they were closing and I had a lot going on so I told him I would call him Thursday and let him know. Thursday rolled around and it was just a really busy day and I didn’t get an opportunity to call him until late in the day. When I called him, he told me he could have the Tire in around lunchtime Friday, and that one of his text would give me a call as soon as it was in. Friday rolls around and of course it’s New Year’s weekend so I’m in the mist of my company New Year’s toast which I was in charge of and they called to say that the tire was available and to bring the car in before 5:30 PM. I advised Tom that I was in the mist of the toast and as soon as I was done I could be there around 4:30 PM. I got there right at 4:27 PM within 10 minutes. A tech drove my car into the shop and changed my tire. While I was waiting, Tom and I had an opportunity to actually speak, and he was absolutely phenomenal! Hands-down, the best Customer Service from any mechanic shop in my whole life! My brother-in-law is a master mechanic, and I have a hard time trusting mechanics. I will wholeheartedly use Mr. Tire for all of my car needs! Honestly, I had even called a few other places on Thursday And received terrible customer service from everywhere I called or they were just really shortened to the point, Mr. Tire was the only place I called that had any type of personality and genuine Customer Service! Management is really good at picking top quality mechanics!"

"I had a very negative experience at this Mr. Tire. I ordered new front tires online from Tire Rack. The quoted price per tire for my series (35s) was $16 a tire. When I arrived, the manager quoted me $35 per tire. I showed him the Tire Rack quote and he said they would honor it. I waited over two hours for the techs to take my car. After they did, I got a call another hour later saying they had difficulty with the first tire, that it had taken the entire hour, and would I want them to complete the work on the second tire. I said yes. They were unable to complete the work before they closed nearly five hours after I arrived. When I picked up my car the next day, both front wheels had significant damage done to them. I asked the manager about the damage, and he told me I was responsible, since I had authorized them to complete the work on the second wheel. He refused to accept responsibility, offer compensation, or provide any recourse. He did ultimately agree to not charge me for the work, though he rang the invoice up at the initial $35 per tire price that we discussed the day before. I ultimately called Monro, the corporate parent company of Mr. Tire, which was able to process my claim for damages and compensate me for repairing the tires. Five stars for the corporate claims team. EDIT: The location called me and is apparently under new management. The new manager was generous about trying to make things better."
