"Extremely poor interaction today with Jay Weekes and this low class corporate chain company. Employees were rude and ignorant. Came into this location for a simple car remote battery replacement. The poorly intelligent employee told me to go to Aldi or any other store in the area to find a battery. Which made no sense at all considering I came into this location because they specialized with motor vehicles and accessories. Extremely disappointed in the management of this establishment. Of course I went to the Advance Auto Parts that was right across the street and my issue was resolved literally within 5 minutes from Mr Adrian. I recommend all future customers to go to Advance Auto Parts as they actually specialize with all car maintenance and the employees are actually knowledgeable and know how to resolve car issues."

"I visited this place so that I could pick up some oil for my BMW. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally dropped my engine cap when I lifted the hood to my car and couldn’t get to the cap and neither could you see it. The staff was very diligent in helping me not only find the cap but also noticed additional repairs that would be helpful. The management and team went above and beyond to see that my issues were rectified. Exceptional service!!!!"
