Totally different from other places in the dmv I’ve been to. I drive out of my way for tire repairs from AC tires."

"Terrible experience at AC Tires. I don't like leaving negative reviews but radio silence has left me with no choice. This serves as a warning to all others. On 07/02/23, I visited AC Tires to have a nail removed from my tire. Unfortunately, the entire ordeal turned into a nightmare. The technician assigned to my vehicle took my wheel off to address the issue, but unfortunately, they overlooked the fact that my wheels were machined. Shockingly, they didn't use the touchless tire mounter, leading to noticeable scratches on my OEM wheel. The lack of attention to detail and the subsequent carelessness were especially disheartening, especially considering the initial courteousness of the staff. To make matters worse, the technician mounted my tire in the wrong direction, with the inner tire wall facing outwards. This blatant mistake not only reflects the incompetence of the staff but also raises concerns about the overall quality of their service. The owner's response to rectify the situation was equally unsatisfactory. Initially, we agreed on a discount for new tires towards the end of the year as compensation for the damages. However, when I followed up on Nov 13th, the owner seemed to have conveniently forgotten our agreement. After showing him a repair quote and specifying the type of tire I wanted, he claimed he would look into it and get back to me. It is now Dec 5th, and I have heard nothing from the owner after reaching out 3 times. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill promises left is extremely dissatisfying. If you value your vehicle and want a hassle-free experience, I strongly advise avoiding AC Tires and trying your luck somewhere else. The subpar service, lack of accountability, and unprofessionalism make this establishment one to steer clear of. I will update this review if anything changes."

"If you need tires for your car, new or lightly used, this is the best place in the Hybla valley area in my opinion. The place the spacious and they have wide variety of tires and you will be in and out fast. The staff is very nice and helpful and they care about their customers. The prices are also very reasonable. This is my third time coming here and I won’t even think going anywhere else to buy and install tires if I need ones."

Luckily, it turned out to be a great decision! The staff at the shop were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they had my tire fixed in no time. They even gave me some helpful tips for maintaining my tires in the future. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return if I ever need tire repair again."
